Cindy Gran: President
Cindy Gran is a Regional Marketing Administrator for Garver, LLC, a national A-E firm providing planning, design, environmental, surveying, and construction administration services. Cindy also serves as the Marketing and Business Development Manager for Garver’s Facilities Design and Federal business lines and all military-related pursuits company-wide.
Since joining SMPS in 2006, Cindy has served on the SMPS Oklahoma Board as President-Elect, Membership Chair, and Membership Committee Member. As the current Chapter President, she looks forward to knowing each of our chapter participants and to continue the great success of our Oklahoma Chapter!
Darla Mullett: President-Elect
Darla Mullett is the Architectural Sales Representative for TRW Oklahoma, a division of TRW Family of Companies. For over 40 years, TRW has offered sales, service and installation of the highest quality space division products in the industry. TRW Family of Companies is honored to be the #1 Distributor for Skyfold Operable Partitions in the world.
Darla has a heart for volunteering and has served on numerous non-profit and professional organization boards throughout the years. Upon entering the A/E/C community 4 years ago, Darla found volunteering for SMPS to be an integral part in introducing her to the industry and the wonderful people within the industry.
Krystal Vickers: Past President
Krystal is the Oklahoma City Client Development Manager for Terracon Consultants, Inc., a national engineering firm providing geotechnical, materials, environmental, and facilities consulting services.
She joined SMPS in 2010 and has served on the board since 2011. She has been a part of the AEC industry for more than 11 years and believes her understanding of the industry comes from being actively involved with SMPS and all that it offers on a local, regional and national level.
JayCee Kerns: Treasurer
JayCee Kerns is the Vice President of LDKerns Contractors, Inc., a General Contractor and Construction Management Firm. From the beginning of the firm in 2000, JayCee has been responsible for marketing and business development.
As a member of the SMPS Oklahoma Board, she is excited to be involved and as the Treasurer, let others know what a great opportunity this organization provides for growth both individually and as a firm.
Laura Wainwright: Secretary
Laura is the Marketing Coordinator for FRITZ | BAILY Architects, a Tulsa-based full service architecture firm specializing in a wide range of projects sizes and types – including new construction, interior renovation, historic rehabilitation/renovation and building expansions. She is responsible for the website and social media presence, lead development, proposals and interviews, client events, and public representation.
Laura joined SMPS in 2007 and has previously served on the programs committee. She is excited to serve as the secretary in her first year as a SMPS-Oklahoma Board Member.
Kristi Spomer: Director-at-Large – Programs
As Marketing Coordinator, Kristi is responsible for identifying new business development opportunities and executing marketing efforts at Manhattan Construction, a top-ranked national construction services firm. She has been involved in the procurement of more than $450 million worth of construction projects and creates media campaigns, develops projects to work towards marketing goals, and promotion of events.
Kristi joined SMPS in 2013 and previously served on the programs committee before joining the board as the chapter’s programs director, where she is now serving her second year. She is thankful the connections she has made through SMPS and is excited for the upcoming year!
Michelle Morrow: Director-at-Large – Education
Michelle is the Director of Business Development and Marketing for Miller-Tippens Construction Company, where she is responsible for responding to RFQs/RFPs and interview prep, in addition to building relationships, making the A/E/C industry and potential clients aware of the company’s capabilities, and helping her Miller-Tippens Construction team acquire projects. Miller-Tippens Construction Company has extensive experience in all types of commercial construction and delivery methods, including CM At-Risk, Cost-Plus-Negotiated, Design/Build, and Lump Sum/Hard-Bid.
Michelle is in her 7th year of working in the A/E/C industry and has been a member of SMPS since 2015. SMPS has helped her to learn so much about the industry, in particular, it has been instrumental providing her the knowledge necessary to be successful in her newest role with Miller Tippens Construction Company.
Josh Dougherty: Sponsorship Chair
Josh is the Facilities Division and Business Development Manager for CEC Corporation, a regional multi-discipline engineering firm offering civil, structural, and MEP engineering to architects, contractors, and owners alike. Among other things he is responsible for lead development, proposals and interviews, and client satisfaction and has worked in the AEC industry for over 15 years. Since joining SMPS, he has found great value in the educational programs, networking opportunities, and support system provided by the organization. Josh is currently serving as the sponsorship chair for SMPS.
Camille Nassar: Communications Chair
Camille is the Marketing & Special Events Manager for the Southwest Region of Nabholz Construction Corporation. In her role, she is responsible for creating, overseeing, and organizing Nabholz’ client events, community events, and public representation. Camille has spearheaded the design and development process for over $700 million worth of proposals. As a part of the Business Development Team, Camille establishes strategies for business development, client relations, and philanthropy.
Camille joined SMPS in 2015 and has previously served on the programs committee. She looks forward to working with her peers in the AEC industry in her first year as a SMPS-Oklahoma Board Member.
Paige Criswell: Membership Chair
Paige is a Marketing Associate at Tetra Tech’s Oklahoma City office. Her main responsibilities include the development of proposals and interview preparation for the U.S. Water, Environment and Infrastructure Division. Based in Pasadena, CA, Tetra Tech is a full-service engineering and science firm with a substantial global presence. From front-end science and planning to design, construction management and operations, Tetra Tech’s global service network provides the best-in-class experts with worldwide project experience. Paige has been an SMPS member since 2014, and serves as the Membership Chair.

Jessica Allée: Striving for Excellence Chair
Jessica is the graphic design coordinator for Manhattan Construction Group, a privately-held construction services firm including general building, bridge, road, civil works, pipeline and specialty project types. Manhattan provides Builder-Driven Preconstruction®, construction management, general contracting, and design-build services throughout the United States, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean region.
As graphic design coordinator, Jessica assists the marketing and business development teams for each of the group’s operations across every region in proposal development and marketing activities. She joined SMPS in 2015 to become better acquainted with the industry and learn new skills.
Anne-Marie Funk, CPSM: Senior Chapter Advisor
As a member of the business development team at ADG, Inc., Anne-Marie is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating business development, marketing and communications at the firm. She has worked in the A/E/C industry for the past 27 years, joining ADG, a design and program management firm headquartered in Oklahoma City, in 1995. She has been a member of SMPS since 1991 and was a founding member of the Oklahoma chapter. She is thrilled with the growth and strength of the chapter that is soon to enter its 15th year. Her mission for the year is to help add value to membership and continue to raise the bar for SMPS in Oklahoma.
