Brad Blakenship, Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc.
Brad Blankenship, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of the DFW Project and Development Services team, is a client-focused provider of design and construction project management services.  The former commercial general contractor has constructed and managed significant and varied office, healthcare, industrial and interior finish projects throughout his 30 year career.  His team building, smooth delivery and cost control are trademarks of his service.  Brad is also a contributing member of the Healthcare Practice and Development Management Practice groups.
 
Mr. Blankenship has managed construction projects totaling in excess of 2.0 billion square feet.  A few top clients he has served over the years include Intuit, Saint Francis Heart Hospital, Merit Energy, Argo Data, Crossmark, Centerline, and Mary Kay.  
Mr. Blankenship received a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University - Commerce.  Mr. Blankenship is also accredited as a Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) of the American Institute of Constructors and holds a real estate sales license with the Texas Real Estate Commission.  
 
 
Kirby Crowe, Program Management Group, LLC
Kirby Crowe is the Owner and Managing Director of Program Management Group, LLC, and is the Project Director for Tulsa County’s Vision 2025, 4 to Fix I and 4 to Fix II Capital Improvements programs.  He is directly responsible for the successful administration and reporting of all three programs.  Mr. Crowe earned a BS in Construction Science from Pittsburgh State University in Pittsburgh, Kansas.  As a life long Oklahoman, Mr. Crowe has been involved in many areas of construction, project administration and management within Oklahoma for over 30 years.  His knowledge of the development of qualifications and proposal requests, architectural and construction contracting, due diligence of payment reviews, coordinating multiple contractors and vendors, as well as distribution of public information have been utilized on some of Tulsa County’s largest programs resulting in the overall growth, betterment and improvement of Tulsa County.
